La pavimentazione è realizzata in parquet, gli infissi sono di ottima qualità.
La prima sera hanno portato un piccolo dolcino per la buonanotte, io non l'ho visto perchè mio figlio li ha mangiati tutti e 2 prima che tornassi dalla Spa.

Avendo i bambini, io e mio marito abbiamo fatto i turni per poter fare il percorso bagnato, che consiste in: sauna, bagni di vapore, idromassaggio, piscina interna, tisana e mela, piacevolissimo! Peccato per l'acqua un po fredda della piscina interna e di conseguenza dell'idromassaggio, ma dopo qualche vasca ti abitui.
Ci sono diversi ristoranti, ma aperto, solo uno a sera, troppa poca gente per poter aprire tutti contemporaneamente.

Bella palestra, bella attrezzatura. Vista la posizione della palestra, con vista sui campi da golf, sarebbe stata bella una unica grande vetrata.

Fantastiche le passeggiate al tramonto nei campi da golf, …....camminare scalzi sul prato, molto rasserenante, forse non si poteva fare, noi abbiamo chiesto al personale che girava con le macchinine e ci hanno detto di si, la vacanza ha guadagnato in qualità!

Nella Hall, all'arrivo c'è un tavolo con acqua, succo di frutta e biscotti, la cosa incredibile che, viene specificato che è riservato solo ai clienti in arrivo, e tengono una persona addetta a portare via il tavolo e rimetterlo quando ci sono gli arrivi, facendo avanti e indietro con l'ascensore (Che sicuramente costa più di offrire qualche bottiglia d'acqua!)

In un 5 stelle, dovrebbe esserci un piccolo rinfresco per tutti gli ospiti a tutti gli orari, trovo molto provinciale la scelta di limitarne l'uso solo agli ospiti in arrivo, evidenziandolo con una scritta in grassetto.
Un Hotel in cui, solo per mantenere il verde davanti alle camere e i campi da golf si investe una cifra enorme, come si dice: “...non puoi perderti in un bicchiere d'acqua!”
Anche se devi lasciare la camera alle 12 (le carte si smagnetizzano automaticamente alle 12:01, poi se hai bisogno di un altra ora te la concedono), oltre l'orario puoi tranquillamente rimanere e usufruire della piscina, del verde e dei pulitissimi bagni comuni, trovi anche un fasciatoio completo per cambiare i bambini.

Ricca colazione con succo d'arancia fresco, cosa che potrebbe sembrare scontata per un hotel in Sicilia, ma non è così.
ADVANTAGES:

Piscina esterna con acqua calda, ottima la corsia separata per nuotare senza disturbare chi vuole stare immerso a rilassarsi e basta.

Palestra ben attrezzata.
Il piccolo dolcino della buona notte, ti fa sentire coccolato, anche se da noi la seconda sera si sono dimenticati di lasciarlo. Peccato!
La camera standard è molto ampia e dotata di accappatoi.

Bagni in comune molto, molto puliti.
Il giorno del chek-out, siamo rimasti fino al pomeriggio, anche dopo aver consegnato la camera, ovviamente con i bambini mi è capitato di andare diverse volte nei bagni e ho potuto notare che c'è qualcuno che continuamente controlla che sia tutto pulito, non mi è capitato di ritrovare neanche il fazzolettino che avevo gettato la volta precedente nel cestino.
E' davvero piacevole scoprire che il lunedì mattina puoi usufruire della lezione di golf gratuitamente (almeno nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi -luglio-). La consiglio!

Segnaletica stradale per l'hotel poco presente, soprattutto vicino l'arrivo.
La piscina esterna apre alle 10 (un po' tardi) e dovrebbe chiudere alle 20, invece anche mentre sei in acqua, alle 19 cominciano a sistemare per la chiusura, alle 19,30 la piscina è già chiusa. Non è bello!
Se io so che chiude alle 20, e decido alle 19.50 di fare una nuotata, dovrei trovare aperto, e non la piscina chiusa con il cloro messo!
Il coprirete del letto era macchiato, sarebbe bene controllarle di continuo queste cose.

In a 5 star hotel should be free of charge internet connection, this is a servicethat often are also in bed & breakfast, let alone a 5 star!

un po' presto, se il cliente è in escursione, al rientro è piacevole poter fare una nuotata in piscina e un po' di palestra.
Il rinfresco ( qualche bottiglia d'acqua e due biscotti secchi della colazione) riservato solo agli ospiti in arrivo e puntualizzato dal cartellino sul tavolo.
Non mi è piaciuta l'illuminazione:
la luce dei paletti esterni nel prato non valorizza la struttura durante le ore serali.
I lampadari e le applique nella hall appesantiscono l'ambiente.
La terra fine e polverosa nel parcheggio.
A luglio c'erano tantissime mosche.
