Recensione Caravanserraglio pizzeria e ristorante.
Il 19 luglio 2012 abbiamo visitato la pizzeria Caravanserraglio, all'arrivo l'aspetto non è fantastico, 2 tappetini poco carini ti accolgono all'entrata, la sala è piacevole, è arricchita dalla presenza di una bella cantina a vetri, i tavoli sono rotondi e anche questo mi è piaciuto.
The July 19 2012 we visited the pizzeria Caravanserraglio, the arrival was not great, you are greeted by two cute little mats at the entrance, the room is pleasant, is enriched by the presence of a fine wine glass, the tables are round and this I liked.
Ci si può sedere anche all'esterno, non è il massimo.
Il forno è all'interno della cucina, peccato non fosse a vista.
La proprietaria e la ragazza che serviva ai tavoli sono state molto gentili.
Ricca scelta di birre artigianali, noi abbiamo bevuto quella al farro, 50 cl. 8 €.

Non avevo letto in fondo al menu la scritta: "non si preparano pizze piccole", così ho chiesto se si poteva avere una pizza piccola per il bambino, e gentilmente la Signora mi ha risposto che normalmente non ne fanno, ma eccezionalmente per un amante della pizza come Giosuè e visto l'orario di chiusura e un solo tavolo oltre il nostro, l'avrebbero preparata.
Sarebbe stato meglio se mi avesse detto di No, considerato che la pizza grande costava 8€ e la piccola l'abbiamo pagata 7€.
La Hybla è con pomodoro mozzarella e ragusano, Molto Molto Buona, preparata con impasto a lievitazione naturale, la qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati è alta. (pizza di Giosuè)
La patata, era una pizza bianca con mozzarella, patate sottili messe a crudo in forno, speck a listarelle spesse, maggiorana, pepe di sechuan …....(la mia)
Era quasi tutta bruciata, soprattutto la parte sotto, gli odori erano interessanti, io personalmente non ho gradito le patate che rimangono un po' crude e lo speck a listarelle, avrei preferito delle sottili fette tagliate al momento.
Nell'insieme la mia pizza era Deludente, ma avendo assaggiato la Hybla, ritornerei per provare un altro gusto.
La Cinghialotta, buona in tutto ma la crema di asparagi era un pò insipida.
I had not read the menu at the bottom of the message: "do not prepare smallpizzas", so I asked if we could have a pizza for the little child, and the ladypolitely told me that they would not normally do, but unusually for a loverJoshua and the pizza as the closing time and saw only one table as well as ours, would have prepared.
It would have been better if I had said no, since the large pizza cost € 8 and the little we paid € 7.
The Hybla is with mozzarella, tomato and ragusano cheese, Very Very Good, made with natural yeast dough, the quality of the ingredients is high.
The potato was a white pizza with mozzarella, ham made thin potatoes in the oven, thick bacon into strips, marjoram, pepper Sechuan......
t was almost totally burned, especially the part below, the smells wereinteresting, I personally did not liked the potatoes that are a little 'raw and the bacon into strips, I would have preferred the thin slices cut at the time.
Overall, my pizza was disappointing, but having tasted the Hybla, go back to try another taste.
The Cinghialotta, good in everything but the cream of asparagus was a bitbland.

Si, ma non farei più tanti km per arrivarci, ci ritornerei se mi trovassi in zona.
If I'd come back to this restaurant?
Yes, but I would not do many Km to get there.
